I am a Licensed General Contractor in business in San Francisco since 1991.
I specialize in all phases of residential remodeling, big or small projects. I like to design and build, as well as work with interior designers and architects. I have great references and am fortunate to be involved in repeat business with past clients. I am also certified by the EPA as an RRP Renovator.
If you are looking at a property in San Francisco to purchase, I am available to do a walk-through with you to discuss ideas for remodeling. I provide this service free of charge. If you own already, and have some ideas you'd like to explore, I will be glad to look at the project with you; again, free of charge.

Please note that for logistical reasons, I do not take jobs outside of San Francisco, nor am I able to work in apartments or multi-unit condominiums over 3 stories. Also, please email rather than call, as I can better manage inquiries and respond promptly.
